ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Like other hospitality resorts, we have arrival and departure times. We don’t want to be too strict about them, so if you have any special needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Of course we will have to take the arrival and departure times of other guests into account.

Check in between 4 PM – 8 PM
Check out by 10 AM

Please keep in mind that arrivals and departures outside the above listed times are charged extra (€ 20)

BREAKFAST

You can enjoy our breakfast buffet, between 8 and 10 AM, at the Cavalierino Agriturismo reception.

CLEANING AND LINEN CHANGE

The cleaning of the rooms will be performed daily from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Please use the tags on the handles to give directions to staff.

PARKING

Parking is free and is located within our garden, close to the facility.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed. We do not provide extra beds.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

SWIMMING POOL

We kindly ask guests to follow the regulations which can be found at the pool.
Pool towels are provided. The First towel is free of charge, from the second on they cost € 3 each.

LOST AND FOUND

It’s always best to avoid leaving valuables in the rooms. The management declines any responsibility for possible losses.
If you forget something after your departure, we can send it back to you. Shipping costs are at your expense.

LIMITING THE CONSUMPTION AND RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT

Choosing to stay at a country villa is also a way to be in close contact with nature, help us respect it by safeguarding the environment. Please limit the use of air conditioners as much as possible and turn them off when you are not in your room.

SMOKERS

All rooms are non-smoking. You may however take advantage of the various designated outdoor smoking areas.

GOOD TO KNOW

Please note that all the rooms are located on the first and second floor and are accessible only by stairs.
